Amber
Office Manager
With 18 years of experience in dentistry, Amber brings both clinical knowledge and administrative expertise to our practice. She began her career studying Dental Assisting at IU Northwest, where she graduated as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Over the years, Amber’s passion for patient care and her strong organizational skills led her to the role of Office Manager.
In her position, Amber oversees insurance coordination and serves as a trusted resource for both front office and clinical concerns. Patients know they can count on her to answer questions, guide them through the insurance process, and ensure their experience in our office is smooth and stress-free. She values building strong relationships and believes clear communication is key to helping patients feel comfortable and informed.
Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and their daughter, Isabelle. On weekends, you’ll often find them out on the disc golf course or relaxing by a campfire with family and friends.
Karlie
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Karlie has been passionate about dentistry since the age of 12, when her own experience with braces first sparked her interest in the field. She received her formal education and training at a private dental assisting school in Fishers, Indiana and has since gained over 5 years of hands-on experience. As our Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, Karlie is dedicated to patient education and creating a supportive, comfortable experience for every individual she works with.
Outside of the office, Karlie enjoys expressing her creativity through nail art, playing guitar—a passion she has pursued for over 10 years in multiple rock bands—and staying active at the gym. Most of all, she values time spent with her family. Karlie brings her friendly personality, professional training, and love for dentistry together to provide patients with a positive, welcoming dental experience.
Stephanie
Dental Hygienist
Stephanie graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2005 and has been providing compassionate dental care for more than 20 years. She is passionate about patient education, disease prevention, and building strong, trusting relationships through open communication. Her caring, gentle, and thorough approach helps patients feel comfortable and confident in maintaining their oral health.
Committed to excellence, Stephanie actively participates in continuing education to stay current with the latest technologies and advances in dental hygiene practices.
Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, family, and friends. She also loves spoiling her granddog, River. In her free time, she stays active, goes on cruises, and enjoys cooking and baking.
Lisa
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Lisa is one of our Expanded Functions Dental Assistants and brings over 25 years of experience to our team. She began her training at a private dental assisting institute in southern Oregon and has continued her education at the Spears Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ. With her warm and outgoing personality, Lisa takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and making every visit as comfortable as possible.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, their 9-year-old daughter, and their golden retriever, Booker. She also has a passion for all things creative, which she expresses through a variety of projects and hobbies.
